Return and Refund Policy – PixelCubyc

1. Legal Warranty

In accordance with Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, all products sold by PixelCubyc are covered by a legal warranty of six (6) months from the date of product receipt.

During this period, if the product has a manufacturing defect or failure, the consumer has the right to choose between:

  • Request free repair of the product.
  • Request an exchange for a new one.
  • Request a refund.

The legal warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, inadequate handling, incorrect installation, or natural wear.
  • Products that have been tampered with, modified, or damaged by third parties.

To exercise this right, the customer must:

  • Present proof of purchase.
  • Send an email to pixelcubycstore@gmail.com, describing the problem and attaching clear photographs of the product.

Once the case has been reviewed, our team will contact you to coordinate the pickup or replacement as appropriate.

2. Shipping Costs

If the defect or failure is attributable to the manufacturing or shipping process, PixelCubyc will assume the transportation costs associated with the return or replacement. Otherwise, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For products valued over 80 USD, we recommend using a service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as PixelCubyc is not responsible for lost returns that do not have a tracking number.

3. Return Shipping Address

All returns must be sent to our product receiving address:

The package must be clearly labeled with the following information:

  • "Legal warranty PixelCubyc store"
  • Full name
  • ID number (RUT)
  • Product name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • City/Region

4. Refund Process

In case of requesting a refund, and after warranty approval, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 10 business days, through the same payment method used for the purchase. The final crediting time will depend on the customer's banking institution.
